KCLAS Liberal Edge Week 2024- Addressing the Leaders of Tomorrow
On 31st July, I had the opportunity to participate as a speaker at the KCLAS Liberal Edge Week 2024, a week-long multidisciplinary course led by experts to expand knowledge and creativity of students, which was conducted by the Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science (KCLAS) here in Coimbatore.
We spoke about the importance of youth in leadership, sustainability and how to empower our current generation along with few interactive activities that explored personal strengths, weaknesses and empathy as contributors to the makings of a true leader. A truly memorable day filled with enthusiasm and energy!
